Created by physician and filmmaker Dr. Delaney Ruston, Screenagers explores the challenges many families face as young people spend more time on screens, social media, video games, and the internet. The documentary looks at how technology can affect attention, development, self-esteem, and mental well-being, while also offering practical and balanced strategies for building healthier habits.
By bringing students, families, and educators together in one room, the film creates a shared starting point for meaningful conversations about boundaries, balance, and healthy technology use.
This free screening is open to students, parents/caregivers, and educators. We hope you will join us for this important community learning opportunity!
